The Doosan Yonkang Foundation announced on the 18th that it has provided 500 million won in scholarships to 500 students selected as Doosan Dream Tree and students from multicultural families.

Since 2006, the Doosan Yonkang Foundation has selected Doosan Dream Tree scholarship students from foster families through eight provincial and municipal offices of education across the country, and since 2010, it has supported the ‘Multicultural Family Scholarship’, helping a total of 6,401 students over the past 19 years up to this year.

This year, the Doosan Yonkang Foundation provided approximately 3 billion won in scholarships to 1,524 elementary, middle, high school, and college students.

A Doosan Yonkang Foundation official said, “We plan to continue to support students who are living in difficult environments and to promote various scholarship programs.”
