Doosan Yonkang Foundation (Chairman Park Yong-hyun) announced on the 18th that it signed a business agreement with the Korea Youth Football Association and the Korea Little League Baseball Federation for the selection of promising athletes.

Through this agreement, Doosan Yonkang Foundation will provide a total of 22 million won in scholarships to 22 scholarship students selected by receiving 11 recommendations from each side.

Since 2008, Doosan Yonkang Foundation has supported scholarships to 134 promising athletes selected by recommendations from the Korea Sports Council, the Triathlon Association, etc. to promote domestic sports development.

A Doosan Yonkang Foundation official said, “The promising athletes scholarship selection project is an extension of the scholarship project that the foundation has been consistently conducting,” and added, “We hope that it will be of some help to athletes in their sports and studies.”
