On November 28, Doosan Group’s Yonkang Foundation (Chairman Y.H. Park) held a signing ceremony for Yonkang grants for environmental research at the Grand Ambassador Hotel in Jangchung-dong, Seoul, and awarded a combined total of US$ 110,600 to ten

At the award ceremony, Chairman Y.H. Park said, “The environment and humanity are closely related, so creating a habitable environment is a task that concerns all human beings,” adding, “I hope that the research achievements stemming from the Yonkang grants
for environmental research will contribute to the development of environment-related academic research and technology.”
The Yonkang Foundation publishes a “Collection of Yonkang-funded Research Papers on the Environment” each year and distributes it to universities, libraries, and researchers at major organizations.
