On March 25, Doosan’s Yonkang Foundation (Chairman Y.H. Park) provided scholarships worth a combined total of US$ 90,090 and education materials worth US$ 45,045 to eighty elementary students from multicultural families, who were selected among those who recommended by the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education.

The scholarship program, which is conducted annually by the Foundation, is designed to provide scholarships, study materials, video lectures, and dictionaries to children from underprivileged multicultural families.

Doosan Yonkang Foundation, the group’s scholarship and academic foundation, has been providing scholarships and supported academic and cultural programs since its establishment in 1978.
