  Overseas Economics Inspection Field Trips

  The previous 'Overseas Study Tour for History and Social Studies Teachers' (19 tours from 1989 to 2008) was expanded and reorganized into the 'Overseas Economics Inspection Field Trips' in 2010. The program is focused on providing teachers with the opportunity to visit the production sites of major companies and to equip them with the experience needed to instill a desirable economic mindset in the next generation of students, who will lead the Korean economy in the future.

  Overseas Study Tour for Science Teachers

  Since 2007, the Doosan Yonkang Foundation has provided all the laureates of the ‘Science Teacher of the Year Award’ with the opportunity to observe advanced science-related sites at home and abroad, thus enabling them to gain the experience required to cultivate future scientists, who are the basis of the nation’s future development.
