Yonkang Hall/Space 111

Yonkang Hall was opened after renovation in 2007 to commemorate the 111th anniversary of Doosan Group establishment. Doosan Yonkang Foundation discovers and nurtures young artists of each genre through Yonkang Hall featuring performing arts such as musical, play and dance events and through Space 111 as an experimental space for young artists.

Doosan Gallery

Doosan Gallery opened in 2007 to invite public to get in touch with contemporary art and have a good understanding through young artists' exhibitions, education programs, and seminars.Doosan Gallery New York which opened in Chelsea, New York in 2009, introduces quality Korean art through exhibitions of talented artists who lead contemporary Korean art, and supports them to work in the international art world.

Support for the Creators

Doosan Yonkang Foundation supports young artists in a variety of ways including Artist Incubator Program, Doosan Art Lab, Doosan Big Boy Award, Doosan residency New York, and more.

Doosan Art School

Doosan Yonkang Foundation contributes to popularization of art through 'Doosan Art School', a free lecture open to public, to help people understand the trends of contemporary art and Doosan Art School for Children which lets local children with little experience in culture and arts have the opportunity to experience modern art.

Doosan Yonkang Art Awards

Doosan Yonkang Art Award was established in 2010 to support young artists in the field of per-forming art and visual art. The award, after the review process, is given annually to one performing artist and three visual artists younger than 40, who have established their original style and lead new trends.
